The office building is a part of a comprehensive reconstruction of the Bridge Interchange, which was resulted as creation of multifunctional complex “BRAMA” by “DOLNIK & CO” in 2008. It consists of 6 buildings, which together provide the pedestrian link of the main avenue to the Embankment. A project team led by Chief Architect Filimonov Sergii in the company “DOLNIK & CO” developed this project. Due to the economic crisis, the implementation of the highest complex in Ukraine at that time was suspended. Designing of one of the position, the office center, was restored in 2019.

The building is located at the intersection of Glinks and Kharkivska Streets. Hence the name of the complex. The main idea is to create a walkable covered multi-level shopping street with a three-story atrium. Which is connected to the neighboring shopping complex on the second level by a pedestrian bridge.

The volume formation: the intersection of the streets is marked by high-rise volume. An acute-angled 5-storey part extends along Kharkivskaya Street and is cut by the largest building in the complex “BRAMA”.

The lower three floors – trade, office lobbies, cafes, high-volume – office space of different planning structure – open space, co-working, separate offices.

The project envisages the improvement of Kharkivska Street: arrangement of parking spaces, cycle paths, recreation areas and summer grounds paths, tree planting, variety of paving.

The project “Shopping and business center “PEREKRESTOK” on 15, Kharkovskaja str in Dnepr ” became a laureate of the competition “Prize of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine” in 2020.
