Revised conceptual design of the object after changing its functional purpose. The introduction of the office function led to the disclosure of the openings on the 2nd floor, so the building became more integrated into the historical context. 

Reducing the height of the floors made it possible to add another floor without raising the overall height of the building. The plasticity of the facade, which is connected to the neighboring buildings, is preserved. 

The designed object has several levels. The lower level interacts with the adjoining buildings, it is in alignment with them and linked with facade partitionings. The upper level on Komsomolskaya street (3, 4 floors) gradually moves away from the building line with increasing distance from the intersection of the streets. On Korolenko street the second level is formed on the 4th floor, also departs from the front line on 1.5 m.

At the intersection of Starokozatskaya St. and Korolenko St., the building comes out rounded part. Equal reduction of the terrace part of the 3,4 floors to the rounded corner of the building creates a dominant vertical – as a reaction to the intersection.
