The building has 19 floors. The volume has two main undercuts, exposing the glass core. The main body is in granite with a 3D texture highlighting the horizontal levels. The window openings are framed with 2mm painted metal cassettes that protrude 50mm from the facade plane.

The 3D granite texture plays with the sun depending on the time of day. 

The top pruning of the building is made of stained glass. There is a “crown” on top of the building, metal construction with baguettes that covers the technical buildings. 

Non-smoke loggia is dressed in perforated aluminum cassettes, thus solving the hiding of air conditioning units. 

In the building is performed exterior sun protection.

The project “Residential Complex “Katerinoslavskyy” on Shevchenko St, 51 in the city of Dnipro” is the laureate of the contest “National Union of Architects of Ukraine Award” in 2021.
