Residential complex consists of four 5-8 storey buildings of 28m in length, 15m in width. Housings are interconnected by stylobate with parking for 50 cars for the residents of the house. Housings are oriented by end faces to the Gagarin Avenue and located at a distance of 20m from each other. Integrated shopping space are assumed to be on the ground floor, the entrances are focused on Gagarin Avenue. Entrance to the courtyard of houses placed on the stylobate. The area is supposed to be maximally landscaped. Areas for recreation, playgrounds, areas for physical activity will be placed in the yards. Availability of Gagarin Park and the Botanical Garden in the immediate vicinity makes residential complex attractive for future happy owners of apartments. Designing and construction of the project is expected in two stages:

1st place – two buildings and stylobate in the northern part of the allotted land,

2nd place – two buildings and stylobate in the southern part of the allocated area.
