- Height: 13.85 m
- Floors: 4
- Project: 2016
The area is located in the seaside area of Aktau (Kazakhstan). The territory faces the coastline of the Caspian Sea. In connection with the active development of this coastal zone, the construction of a restaurant complex is designed to reveal and strengthen the existing potential of this zone and add one more anchor of infrastructure that will attract visitors of the beach, yacht club and local residents.
The project provides for the reconstruction of the existing building in a restaurant complex.
The main entrance to the building is provided from the embankment.
On the territory of the site there is parking for 13 parking spaces.
On the west side there is a BEER YARD for 118 seats
In the eastern part of the territory there is a multi-storey TERRACE FOR BEACH HOLIDAY with a separate bar, swimming pool, changing rooms and showers.
In the building there are several thematic halls of the restaurant: BEER HALL with glass floor and pressure tanks under it; GRILL-HALL with an open kitchen, a surveyed room for ripening meat; BANQUET HALL (up to 160 people) for large events; PRIVATE ROOMS WITH KARAOKE for small companies (60 and 15 people); COCKTAIL BAR. SUMMER TERRACE is organized on the roof.
The structure of the existing object is preserved and does not change radically.
The object is covered with a metal frame through which a new function “grows” in the form of new terraces.
The frame is made of corten steel, its upper part above the multi-purpose flat roofing and the eastern terrace is used for securing sun protection.
The facades of the existing building are made in a ventilated façade system – HPL panels.
All the halls of the restaurant are focused on the main dominant – the Caspian Sea and are made with the maximum amount of glazing.
