The main objectives of the placement of the building were:
– Formation of the western boundary of the foot of the hill.

– Completion of the formation of the Catherine Boulevard ensemble, creation of high-altitude acute-
angled accent on the crosshairs of Shevchenko and South streets.

– Formation of a frame for the Trinity Cathedral. With the Shevchenko street, the projected facility
together with the "Cascade Plaza" work as a "PAN" for the opening perspective on the Trinity Cathedral,
and STRESSES its significance in a modern updated environment.
The structure of the residential complex includes:

The entrance halls of the residential and office parts, the store located on the first two floors, are the
basis for the overlying part of the building. The office area consists of 4 floors, cantilevered at 3.0 m
towards the adjoining streets. Residential floors are located from the 8 th to the 19 th floor. On the 16th
floor there is an extensive landscaped terrace. Landscaped maintained roof occupies the 20th floor of
the complex. The building descends to the intersection of st. Shevchenko and South, maximally tied
together by the height (15 floors) and horizontal divisions with the existing multifunctional complex
"Cascade Plaza".

Facades facing the street. South and st. Shevchenko are made with the maximum amount of glazing, at
the same time, courtyard facades, on the contrary, are as close as possible. The upper part of the building from the 16th to the 19th floor is maximally dematerialized due to the use of the stained glass system.

The project "is the laureate of the contest" Prize of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine "in 2015.
